Mr. Marcos Demosthenous

 

Marcos received his Economics and Business Management degree in July 2012 from Newcastle University. He then commenced his studies to obtain a degree in Law from Kingston University where he successfully completed his LLB and graduated in July 2014.
He successfully completed the lawyers’ trainee program and practiced law in a maritime and commercial law firm until December 2020 when he joined our firm.
Marcos’ practice areas include complex Corporate and Commercial litigation, General Civil and Criminal litigation, Admiralty and Labour disputes. He specializes in drafting commercial agreements (M&A’s, SHA, SPA, Ship Building and Ship Repair Agreements, Lease Agreements)
